I have no idea what this implement is or what it's meant to do, but when I saw it, all rusted and abandoned against the weathered wood of the silo wall, I couldn't resist.  It typefied the feeling I had about the deserted farm in Manitoba...something once used and appreciated, now abandoned - left behind by those who no longer needed it.
